FruitFest 2025 is a three-day celebration of Vanuatu’s rich agricultural heritage and vibrant island culture, taking place 8–10 October 2025 at Fatumaru Bay, Port Vila.

The festival showcases Vanuatu’s national priorities for agriculture, tourism, and healthy living, aligning with government strategies such as the National Sustainable Development Plan (NSDP) and the National AgriTourism Policy. These plans emphasize food security, community health, and the creation of sustainable livelihoods through agriculture and tourism partnerships.

FruitFest highlights four key themes—AgriTourism, AgriHealth, AgriTrade, and AgriBusiness—with activities including:

• Panel discussions on healthy eating, non-communicable disease prevention, and fruit-based entrepreneurship.
• Evening music shows featuring international artists Onetox and Ksiel from the Solomon Islands plus beloved local string bands.
• School competitions promoting nutrition awareness and fruit-based cooking.
• A vibrant marketplace featuring local farmers and value-added products.

Hosted by Pikinini Bar, with the Department of Tourism as Platinum Sponsor, FruitFest 2025 is powered by strong partnerships with China Aid, Vodafone Vanuatu, SSVP (Pacific Energy), Boucherie et Plantations Traverso, AgriHealth, and the Ministry of Health.

By connecting communities, farmers, and policymakers, FruitFest 2025 supports Vanuatu’s national goals for healthy living, resilient agriculture, and sustainable economic growth.
